About Us

In 1967, the Law firm Benício Advogados Associados was founded by Benedicto Celso Benício and Maria Neusa Gonini Benício in the old downtown of São Paulo. In 1980, due to its continuous growth, the firm moved to a larger building where it remains until today, on Rua São Bento, still in the old downtown. Such growth was achieved by the increasing number of areas of practice and the increasing number of professionals who work for the firm. Currently, the firm has more than one hundred lawyers. Since then, Benício Advogados’ development has been remarkable: it established a second office in São Paulo, as well as branch offices in Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte and Curitiba. Apart from its highly regarded practice throughout Brazil, it has also built up cooperation with foreign law firms in Latin America, USA, Europe and Asia, allowing Benício to provide cross-border support to its clients. Aiming at rendering the highest quality of legal services in the several areas of Business Law, Benício has always relied on superior professionals who undergo a severe recruitment process and continuous self-improvement encouraged by the firm.
